1) The type of bet (Qualifier/arbitrage, Free Bet Stake Not Returned or Free Bet with Stake Returned)
2) The size of the bet with the bookmaker
3) The bookmaker odds (in decimal format)
4) The exchange lay odds (in decimal format)
5) The commission charged by the betting exchange (percentage)
