SafeBoardIn was made majorly keeping in mind the new age child security concerns, which is rising at an alarming rate around us. Parents, who are busy in providing for a good life to their kids, more often than not, fail to do enough about the kid’s safety when they aren’t around. That is where we step in. This application not only records live updates about the whereabouts of a child but also keeps the parents up-to-date with happenings in the school.
SafeBoardIn for Schools: It keeps track of total number of students & their personal details, staff, vehicles, the routes they ply to, manages new admissions, keeps record of the no. of complaints received and resolved (from parents), average attendance of the school overall and in a particular class, etc. It also sends circulars/homework/notes to all/selected/individual students. It aids in marking attendance and saves a lot of valuable class time.
SafeBoardIn for Parents: The mobile app can receive homework instantly, send complaints/suggestions or report issues without having to wait for the PTM, keep record of attendance of individual children, mark planned and unplanned leaves, track the movement of children and receive real-time location alerts, etc. Viewing monthly and yearly performance just on one click just became easier. Basically, all student-life related amenities under one roof.
SafeBoardIn for Drivers: Drivers are often blamed for being late while pick up and drop, for keeping the guardians waiting, for causing unnecessary delays, etc. All these factors have been kept in consideration while construction of the application. Driver has quite less a job with the app but an important one. As and when the driver logs in from his account, he becomes trackable, live. Parents receive PUSH NOTIFICATIONS on the bus reaching the previous stoppage (while both pick-up & drop service) which diminishes the waiting time totally, in case of delays from the starting point or in case of any outage or emergency; thus keeping both the school management and parents well informed.
