Target Weight is a personal weight tracker with the following features.
WEIGHT
Weight dashboard page showing your weight history charted with the last measures of weight, height, BMI and Body Fat
Tapping on the “+” sign lets you enter manual weight data
Tapping on the Weight or BMI buttons will chart the appropriate data
Tapping on the colored icons will show you the reference range associated to the measurement
The target weight button at the bottom shows how much weight is left to your targeted weight and how much time left to get there
Tapping on the chart makes it go full screen where you can pinch, scroll and zoom
Tapping the Target Weight button brings the Weight Plan where you can set it to Weight Loss, Weight Gain or Weight Maintenance modes.
Scroll the page up to reveal your latest weight stats
LOGBOOK
By default, the logbook will display all your weight related data
Tap on the burger menu icon at the top to filter your logbook to show only the data you’d like to see
Tap on any line to reveal the reference range associated to that measurement
Swipe the line left to either EDIT the value or DELETE the record
CONNECT
Target Weight is a connected app that can source your weight from a variety of electronic health options
Accounts is for all the available weight data sources such as Apple Health, Nokia Health or Fitbit for example
Bluetooth is for syncing directly with a scale wirelessly
SETTINGS
This is the place to several settings such as language, units and your personal profile
You can log in and out there as well
Passcode/TouchID lock the app if you prefer
Export you data by email

Target Weight app shares the secured cloud infrastructure with Tactio Health app so you can:
Log into Tactio Health and see your weight data along with other measures you’d like to track such as blood pressure, steps, sleep, etc...
Keep both on you iPhone and use Target Weight as a way to focus on your weight data only
They both share your account on the same cloud and therefore sync all together
