-Agenda made easy
With a simple click you can start the meeting with the first topic. You can add as many topics as you want to meet your purposes.
-Notes / Decisions / Tasks
In each topic, you can add notes, decisions and tasks. Once the meeting is finish, all tasks will be sent to identified persons.
-Voice dictation
You can use your Apple Dictation functions to complete any descriptions of your meeting to simplify your work and document your minutes.
-Recording / Picture
Beenote allows you to record your meeting in all or in part, to capture you exchange with your team members. You can also better document certain section with a picture.
-Sync / Sharing
Once your meeting is finished, it will be automatically sync to our web service for you to complete and document your minutes. Once completed you can share it with your team members.
