Big Five Works supports organizations using Big Five Performance Management as their employee performance appraisal tool.
HOW IT WORKS
Employees produce monthly, one-page production reports highlighting two things: their five most significant accomplishments from last month and their five highest priorities for the current month. These reports, when coupled with their manager's feedback, paint a much better picture of the employee's contribution to the team than traditional, annual appraisal.

-Very little administrative overhead required. Employees self-register into the system. No control files are ever required of Human Resources.
