Big Five Works supports organizations using Big Five Performance Management as their employee performance appraisal tool.

HOW IT WORKS

Employees produce monthly, one-page production reports highlighting two things: their five most significant accomplishments from last month and their five highest priorities for the current month. These reports, when coupled with their manager's feedback, paint a much better picture of the employee's contribution to the team than traditional, annual appraisal.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

-Very little administrative overhead required. Employees self-register into the system. No control files are ever required of Human Resources. In addition, the system completes its own managerial hierarchy each month. There is never a need for org unit or cost center clean-up to ensure the hierarchical accuracy. Each manager can only view and act on records of their team members.

- Last month's Big Five Priorities auto-populate into this month's Big Five Accomplishments, ensuring on-going accountability and continuity. Nothing important slips through the cracks.

-Content, email notification schedules, and reporting can all be configured and customized at the client level.

-Data is secured by Amazon Web Services.

-Includes a journaling function that allows users to record confidential data during the month. Managers no longer need to use post-it notes for documentation.
