SkillEE Trainings is an on-line/app based platform to improve Engineering Skills of Engineering students graduating from tier 3 & 4 Engineering colleges, where infrastructure in the college and exposure to the industries is limited. Uniqueness of SkillEE Trainings is its courses relevant to make Engineers suitable for employment in Industries through easy to understand videos. Thus, even an average Engineering student becomes an employable graduate engineer.
App developed by SkilEE Trainings will monitor the progress of the student through the results of on-line tests conducted and provide a personal counsellor to guide and handhold the student till he/she is employed. Thus ensuring, every student is properly placed as per his skill set and interests in the industries, especially in SMEs. Thus, this android based app will bridge the gap between institute and SME industry.
Student subscribes for a year to the App and view course wise videos in Hinglish or English. On completion, he can attempt a test on that course. Based on the the score in the test certificate will be generated in the app. This test can be attempted 5 times so that student gets a chance to improve his score. When all the courses and tests are completed final certificate will be generated.
Counsellor appointed for the student will keep a track of his study times, his test scores and keep on talking to him from time to time.
Companies looking to recruit engineers will be given access to the portal, where they will be able to scan resumes of suitable candidates. They will be able to see only candidates shortlisted by them. Also, students will be able to see only companies where there resumes have been shortlisted. Thus a match making of candidates will be done by the system.
