Long Description:
Musalih is a Platform to connect the customers with handyman services within Oman. The idea is that the customer can look for a service in short amount of time within the area the customer is located. Basically the customer can request for a service and the first service provider “Mahir” can receive the request and accept to go to provide the service for the customer. The customer has the option to schedule a service as well. Through the request process at Muslaih Platfrom the users have to describe the issue or the service they need to complete or resolve.
Mainly for now the services covered are in the Air conditioning, Electricity and Plumping.
For the Air conditioning three type are covered: Window AC, Split unit AC and Duct AC.
For the window and split unit the services are the following:
Inner and Outside Unit cleaning
Capacitor replacement
General check
Compressor replacement
Compressor tips fixing
Sensor replacement
Outer contactor replacement
Electronic Board fix
Gas R22 Fill
Gas leak repair
For the Duct AC the services are the following:
General check
Capacitor Replacement
Main AC maintenance
AC cassette cleaning
Motor Repair.
For each service the cost of the service and the parts shall be paid by the customer.
In the Electricity following services could be completed using Musalih platform:
General Inspection
Lights replacement
New light installation
Celling fan installation
Electrical switch replacement
Maintenance of ELCB and MCCB
Main panel fix
Wiring services
Chandelier installation
Wedding lights installation
New houses inspection
In the Plumping section the following services could be completed using Musalih platform:
Replacement of external valves
Water heater installation
Pressure pump installation
Water heater maintenance
Pipe fitting maintenance
PVC pipe maintenance
Mixer shower installation
Angel Valve replacement
Toilet installation
All services provided by Musalih platform are under 3 days guarantee, in case the issue shall be revisited within the 3 days after the service, it shall be for no cost to the user. The cost will be there only on case of completing extra service other than the original request or new part replacement/installation.
The Musalih platform provides the option for the customer to pay either cash or thought online payment for the services. After the payment the customer has the option to rate and review the service provider “Mahir”. The review is to maintain the high quality services targeted in every service completed through Musalih Platfrom
