In traditional betting you bet against the bookie, on their terms and odds. In Shiggle, you can bet against anyone you want and you decide the terms.

How it works:
1. Create an account
2. Find your friends
3. Make a bet about anything you want
4. Decide which people you want to offer the bet to
5. Once someone has accepted an offer the bet is on!
6. Once you or your opponent knows the outcome, you can set the result on the bet
7. If you both agree on the outcome, the bet is approved and the winner is paid
