A Revolutionary New Approach to Marathon Age Grading! Runners can assess, predict, and compare finishing times. Enter your finishing time and receive a personalized report.
How fast are you relative to all male or female runners? Runners of the same age and gender (e.g., 32 year-old female)? The world’s most elite runners? What would my time be if I were a different age or the opposite gender?
You can use your personalized report to compare your performance against others to see who “won" (i.e., who delivered a better age-graded performance). You can also see expected year-over-year changes in performance. For example, a 39-year-old male runner can expect, all else being equal, a 39.9 second slower time when he turns 40. Similarly, a female runner can expect a 66.4 second slower time.
