The purpose is a medical application to engage residents of Oregon to participate in a research study to get healthy. HOP staff will distribute genetic testing kits in which the users of the app can scan in the the barcode to link their kit to their record. The users will receive results from the test via the app as well as provide fun facts about their genetic makeup. The app will also ask a series of health related surveys such as medical history, family history, and lifestyle habits.
