Roomee – Partner App is allrounder App for Partners(Property owners) which help them to manage day to day tasks across various functions like Inventory updation, Housekeeping, Maintenance , Service desk etc. Partner side executives like head, manager and staff can use this app to perform whole set activities to keep the properties in good shape, address customer requests, interact with the Roomee backend etc.
Following are the key functions/categories in Partner App :
• Visitor Management
o Accept visit requests , change dates and close the visits
• Booking Management
o Track the booking done both online and offline
• Inventory Management
o Update and track the Bed inventory so that data is updated at the front end. This module also helps to update and track the property assets like lifts,gensets,furnitureetc
• House Keeping
o Schedule & perform the day to day housekeeping tasks like room cleaning, linen change etc. Same module can be used by owner/Partner to schedule the housekeeping tasks and used by Partner staff to perform &update the status
• Maintenance
o Schedule the preventive maintenance tasks like Lift or genset checks.Same module can be used by owner/Partner to schedule the maintenance tasks and used by Partner staff to perform & update the status
• Service desk
o This module helps to update and keep track of user requests , partner requests to Roomee management & maintenance requests(reactive maintenance)
• Payment & Dues
o Keep track of the various payments like advance,rent and other revenues
• Notice/Exit Management
o Track ,update and approve the customer/tenant notices and exits
Roomee - Partner App is the IT backbone of property operations and used by partner/owner and their staff. Partner/property operator can manage his entire portfolio of properties easily and keep track. Property Owner and staff can perform different activities based on their roles.
