Features
• Earn, and Share Happiness Points: Employees can anonymously earn and also share Happiness points with each others for creating happiness at workplace, living organization values, showing positive behaviors and so on. (Predefined or open list).
• Redeem Happiness: Earned happiness points can be redeemed for a customized list of pre-defined experiences like cup of coffee, book, dinner coupon or even a day off from work! Its’ a customized feature in the app
• Champions Score Board: Those who earn more happiness points can redeem it- but those who recognize and share more happiness points to others instead, become Happiness champions.
• Happiness Meter: The feature records regular happiness scores (ranging from -5 to +5) and sees periodical trends of individual happiness & group happiness. In case of unhappiness, it asks for feedback from the user and sends it to the HR team as actionable data.
• Wall of Happiness: This is theme based notice board wall with sticky notes that is used to share happiness with each other.
• Boost Me: Whenever employee is feeling low, there are happiness articles, videos, activities and courses to boost their happiness- customized for every organization!
• Happiness Passbook: A virtual log where users can see personal happiness trends, earn, redeem & gift happiness point details, and reasons for which they are earning happiness points.
