I built this app because I found myself overcommitting, and knew that to be more productive, I didn't really need another "to-do" list, but that maybe what I really wanted was a "Not-to-do" list. I needed to simply practice the art of choosing to say "No" to some things, so that I can have the time and energy to spend on what I truly value.
If you have trouble saying "No", this app will help you train yourself to decline, reject, turn down, refuse, eliminate, veto, rebuff, and otherwise dismiss those things that you don't need to put energy into, so that you can experience the freedom of having enough margin to do important things.
It really is amazing how liberating it is to type in something that you've been waffling over and push the big green permission-giving button to "Choose No". You'll find that it helps you finally say no to some things, and experience a new freedom when you let those things go (or forcefully deny them access to your life)!
