We wanted to do Dr.Galen for various reasons.
1. Patients do not always have the required relaxed time for consultation with their physicians and doctors or other support medical staff. Patients also can forget to mention certain things.
2. By providing standardized and simple advice, we aim to reduce any bias or errors which may occur in routine consultations.
3. Even though the Medical professionals are supposed to know anything about everything, it is quite a tall order and we thought enabling patients with AI would be a win-win situation for both doctors and patients.
4. We wanted to provide the information to patients and doctors so that it can be used towards better outcomes.
