1-to-10 is an exclusive app for college** students to rate* other students pictures anonymously or, if they want to, show their id's. We guarantee that there wouldn't be any fake accounts like there are in every other social network. Users can only make their accounts using their school provided id's and if anyone else tries to make an account using any other email address then they would be automatically added to the block list and won't be able to view any pictures. The people who'll make their accounts using their school email addresses would get an email for verifying their accounts and if they don't do that within next 48 hours, that account will also get deleted automatically. No one else will be able to access someone else's profile if they're not in the same school
