This app is designed to provide our customers who comprise exhibitors, visitors, speakers, delegates, sponsors, VIP’s, academicians and scholars with a seamless technology driven tool that helps them network, communicate, exchange information amongst themselves with an aim of maximising their takeaways from the event(s) they are a part of.
They can do so by viewing the latest updates on the events, previewing the conference agenda, learning about the speakers who are speaking at the conferences, getting insights into the exhibitors displaying products and solutions at shows of their interest. Further they can preschedule visits, align meetings, initiate discussions on possible business partnerships, garner cooperation and definitely benefit from shared knowledge of peers.
The app will endeavour to provide latest updates on items like confirmed exhibitor, their profiles, speaker biographies, key delegates, latest exhibition floor plans, sponsors profiles and unique strengths, special events, and help you plan your schedule at the event. You will be able to import the aligned meetings into your calendar and set alerts as to not miss any engagement.
The meeting scheduler is designed in a way that it allows you to send meeting requests to fellow attendees whilst having a view on their engagements so as to not overbook or book clashing slots.
