Design a Lifting Lug/ Padeye using this application. Lifting lugs/ padeyes are generally used in many industries like oil & gas, civil, infrastructure and many more. This app provides an easy interface to design a lifting lug when the force, sling included angle and out of plane angle are known.
The Design Safety Factor is 2 by default unless it is required to be different. The sling included angle and out of plane angle can be set to predefined values. These limitations will be removed in the next version of this application. Shackle data according to available sizes in market, SWL/ MBL data and better documentation features will also be included in the next version of this application.
