As a Holistic Heart Centers of America patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track all your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep while you follow your Holistic Heart Centers program. In addition to tracking your progress, you can communicate with Holistic Heart Centers of America in realtime with direct messages.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Holistic Heart Centers of America patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Holistic Heart Centers of America patient already in our care. Holistic Heart Centers of America uses an admin web-based portal and we can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
