m-OASIS is user-friendly and citizen-centric application interface. Through this application citizen can do many operations such a registering any type of grievance/complaint, viewing property tax, water charge, ward-wise corporators and staffs information and other general information.
General Information section contains services & contact information and ward wise corporators, revenue officers, health inspectors, engineers etc information so that citizen can easily contact concern person by clicking call button. It also contains the application procedure which is useful to citizens to view procedure for submitting various applications.
Tax Details section contains Information about property tax details, Tax paid history, calculation of tax for not paid years, water charge, UGD charge, application status. Citizens can view Tax paid and not paid information, for not paid tax years they can get approximately calculated tax value by clicking on ‘Calculate Tax’ link. It calculates tax of selected year by considering last tax paid information. A citizen can also view Water Tap, UGD details, and balance information at any time and anywhere through their Smartphone
Grievance section provides an option through which citizens can put their grievance by capturing image and location information on the spot. It has a facility to upload a live image by capturing from a Smartphone camera or by uploading from the image gallery. Once after submitting grievance citizen can track status through this application and even they can call concerned staff in case of any delay. Citizen will get a notification every time after changing the status of the complaint. Once after the grievance is solved, the citizen can write comments and rate it.
Citizens can view the location of the payment outlets, public toilets etc on the map along with distance and description of the location. By this citizen can get easily nearby places.
