Auricle offers constant audio recording for everyday use. Designed specifically for forgetful people, Auricle constantly records up to two hours of audio in the background of the phone or tablet. With the press of a button, the user will be able to save up to the last two hours of audio to the device. After saving the audio, the user then has the ability to play, delete, or export the files to the external storage of the device.
Features:
Background Audio Recording: Auricle runs in the background of the device, and only needs to be accessed when the user wishes to start or stop a recording.
Adjustable Buffer Size: The user can choose to only save anywhere from the last 5 minutes to the last 2 hours of audio.
Multiple Save formats: Auricle currently offers 2 audio file formats, .m4a and .wav.
Optional Recording Improvements: Auricle offers options for Noise Suppression, Automatic Gain Control, and Acoustic Echo Canceler on available devices.
Listing: Auricle shows a listing of all previously recorded audio files. These files can be played, deleted, or exported to external storage where they can be accessed.
Privacy: Auricle does not use an internet connection, so all recordings made by the application are privately stored only on the device.
