This self service app complements our F&B POS to extend the feature of allowing customers to self order in the restaurant, thus lowering the labor cost and increase efficiency for the ordering process.
Restaurant operators will choose between different modes simply by choosing the mode in the setup. From having an iPad attached to each table, to assigning iPad to table, to having the iPad acting as self ordering kiosk or pick up counter.
The app can also be activated with additional features such as membership signup, getting queue numbers, booking checkin, menu browsing, and survey/feedback.
