This App will be used by people who live with dogs for recording health status.
ImpriMed, Inc. is the first company providing precision medicine to companion animals. We are currently working with veterinary doctors across the San Francisco Bay Area on the program integrating all kinds of health information for taking better care of dogs. This App is part of the program that will be used by our customers. They will use the App to take survey online, the answers to which will be directly transferred to our database. Our customers have already been educated by the veterinary doctors in terms of how to take the survey. As such, we provided limited instruction on how to take the survey. The instruction is thus detailed enough for users.
The App consists of mainly three pages. The first page is about providing basic information on the user and his or her pet. The second page is where the survey begins, which consists of 20 questions on health status of the pet. The user can take the survey only once per day. This is achieved by deactivating the "take survey" bottom until the end of the day once the user completes the survey. The third page is for viewing the history of the survey answers on the overall quality of life. In this page, a pet parent can check how your survey answers and thus his or her pet's quality of life has changed over the survey period.
The App is intended for only the application described in the above. Users can also see our website directly on the app by pressing the logo at the main page.
The survey data does not contain any information that is private or sensitive. None of the information on the survey is subject to governmental regulations. Still, our company will do our best to properly maintain and store it in our database. There are no foreseeable legal issues associated with our App. It will be free to all, and anyone can use it although we will use data analytic algorithms to best determine insincere responses.
