What is WinWinBalance®?
Win WinBalance® is a mobile application that allows to register employees’ singular behaviours in real time. We observe that the active use of the application stimulates positive and desired behaviours among the employees, at the same time it eliminates the undesired ones e.g. OSH violations. Regular registering strengthens the subordinate-supervisor relation and builds feedback culture. The recognition makes people feel important and satisfied. This positively affects their motivation and the work climate. And as a result, the turnover is lowering. WinWinBalance® combines the employee recognition with company values. It shows exemplary performance and reinforces desirable behaviour. The tool supports both employee assessments and bonus systems.
How does WinWinBalance® work?
Our application is easy to use. With just one click , the supervisor registers empoyees’ contribution to results. The supervisors notes single positive or negative behaviours regularly - every day. The information appears in the WWW panel, which is available for all authorized supervisors and managers. The system generates monthly commitment table, that allow to compare empoyees’ commitment. The system also provides individual reports for all registered employees. These reports may be useful during appraisal interviews.
We tailor to your company’s needs!
Every implementation begins with costumization. WinWinBalance ® is always adjusted to company’s needs, organizational structure and the specific characteristics of the industry. The system is cascaded to all organizational levels. Different members of your personnel are assigned access to the system with different levels of authorization. We calibrate the categories of the observed behaviour, in other words, we define the criteria of daily evaluation. We put the application on our servers, or company's servers The system may be combined with the existing Management Panel. The application can not only measure observable bahaviour, but also KPI.
