The app provides education and resources to help you learn how to eat for health, performance and/or body composition management.
With SportsDietitian.com, we provide nutrition services worldwide using our secure Telehealth (video consultations) platform, secure direct messaging and education through your personalised resource library.

Our dietitians are qualified Registered Dietitians (USA & UK) or Accredited Practising Dietitians (Australia), with additional training in sports specific nutrition as well as personal experience as athletes.
