Hello to everyone! We are a startup that starts with an idea: what we can do to make a better job world? We think a lot about the possibilities to do an app, but one day we found the idea and so was started the project.
We are developing an app where you cannot find a normal job announcement, but where you can find an evaluation of the workplaces!
We live in Italy and there is a big problem: many people are searching for a job, and a lot of shop or businessman use this situation to make incorrect contracts or offer bad workplaces; a lot of young people start with the job world and are collaborate with someone that doesn't pay them or cheat them.
We too had this kind of experience , so it was decided to start a project with a platform where the workers can freely talk about their work and workplaces, maybe help other people, and young guys, when start with a job.
We developed a basic app in which the users have to register themselves, and then they can add photo, video and a review of the workplace or of the job interview.
We hope to create a honest platform where the people can make better the job conditions and where everyone can help others that are searching for a job!
The app (currently only for Android) is in beta test and soon there will be a first release; over time it will be improved with the help of users in order to guarantee adequate quality.
