For that reason this beginner routine is for you, because it is designed for trainees and looking at some of the most important elements that beginners need to know.

This legs and buttocks exercises are as follows;
Side lunges - 20 total
Squats - 30 (10 regular, 10 wide, 10 close stance)
Regular alt lunges - 30 total
Calf raises - 20 regular, 10 facing feet out, 10 feet inward.
