The app shows the best order execution of your many tasks. It's based on Eisenhower's method.
All tasks are divided into 4 categories: Each category is displayed on 4 separate field:
1 - Urgent and important
2 - Not urgent and important
3 - Urgent but not important
4 - Not urgent and not important.
Eisenhower's method requires doing the tasks in order from field 1 to 4. You should try to support specially field 2. This can be achieved by early planning your activity - both some work and some relax. Eisenhower's matrix is probably the easiest way to manage any tasks very well. The app improves that idea.
You can take a note very easy. Even the categorization is done automatically. Saving is quick.
Over time, tasks are changing. When a task becomes "urgent" it goes to another field. So you know at once which task is more important than others!
You can buy some additional functions in the appfor small fee:
- Synchronization with Google Calendar (great!)
- Change the colour fields
- Adjust the time of jumps to another field.
