Description from the product version is as following.
----------
In my opinion, almost every Japanese people can easily imagine this kind of map in their head (brain) automatically just by reading the numerical data about fallout of radioactive substances with geometrical knowledge they surly have had, however, it's very difficult for the person who visits to Japan from foreign countries to image this kind of map by themselves without the geometrical knowledge as Japanese people in Japan, furthermore foreign people especially who are in Japan now would be confused by the names of places of Japan they may not familiar with, even sometimes written in only Japanese characters without English alphabets on signboards in Japan, so this app will helpful for the visitors from foreign countries to understand the situation of the fallout of radioactive substances in Japan well.

"Monitoring information of environmental radioactivity level _ NRA"

"The Nuclear Regulation Authority (Japanese: 原子力規制委員会 Hepburn: Genshiryoku Kisei Iinkai?, literally Nuclear Regulation Commission) (NRA) is an administrative body of the Cabinet of Japan established to ensure nuclear safety in Japan as part of the Ministry of the Environment.[1] Established on September 19, 2012, its first head was Shunichi Tanaka.[2]
...
Background
The NRA was formed from the Nuclear Safety Commission, which came under the authority of the Cabinet, and the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, which was under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). After the Fukushima nuclear disaster following the March 11, 2011, earthquake, the government's safety measures were seen to be inadequate. Also, NISA, being under the umbrella of METI, which was also responsible for promoting the use of nuclear power, was seen as having a conflict of interest. As a consequence, the new agency was established under the Ministry of the Environment.[3]"
