WindECalc_Lite is a "Whiz Wheel/ E6B" Trainer to allow pilots to remain familiar with this invaluable aviation tool.
Just like the Full Version of WindEClac, WindECalc_Lite contains the same "Wind Vector calculator" to determine True Heading and Ground Speed from Required True Track and Wind Speed/Direction and True Air Speed.
Many reverse side calculations also remain to allow determination of approximate time of flight, fuel quantity and weight.
Full "Whiz Wheel" instructions, with pictures and example, are an integrated part of the application enabling the pilot to practise using a Whiz Wheel to ensure they are ready to use a physical version of the Whiz Wheel whenever the need arises.
