BrilliantCustomer is a new and effective concept in Personalized Service for all customer service establishments. The BrilliantCustomer App can only be utilized by invited customers of participating establishments.

Once the BrilliantCustomer app is downloaded, the smartphone will recognize any programed Beacon via Bluetooth, located throughout the service establishment and transmit the customers picture, along with proper name pronunciation and approved preferences, to the establishments iPad or tablet.
