innerHush is a meditation assistant tool which allows you to:
- Play 4 different tones of binaural beats including Alpha (Relaxation), Beta (Concentration), Theta (Sleep), Delta (Dreamless sleep).
- Includes background rain and waves sound.
- Set a sound reminder or vibrate to go off at a set interval. This sound will remind you to keep focussed if your mind starts to wonder.
- Set a timer for your meditation session.
innerHush binaural beats can be played on top of your favourite meditation music. Just start your meditation music track and open innerHush to start the binaural beats.
Use with headphones is needed in order to hear the two separate tones in the left and right ear.
