Geomain is the first major disruption to the addressing system, created almost 2,600 years ago by Persian King Cyrus the Great. Simply put, your Geomain is your NEW ADDRESS, that is as accurate as GPS, and is simple, fun and easy to use.
Once you register an account in the Geomain App, we will record your actual location (using your device GPS), allowing you to choose a unique name (GeoName) that you can then share with family, friends and colleagues. An example of this can be your name “Adam”, or your Business name “Blue Cinnamon Coffee”. So, your “address” is now a customised/branded name that you choose – just as you choose a Domain name for your website(s).
Convenience alas, after 2,600 years!
You no longer need to waste time sharing cumbersome 5 line addresses, difficult to remember ZIP/Postal Codes, Street Names, numbers etc. ..all of which are so prone to human error. Now you simply share your Geomain Name (called GeoName) and you are done! To make it even easier, you also get your own unique QR Code for your GeoName, thereby making sharing, storing and managing all your contacts as quick and easy as scanning a QR Code!
A GeoName is for life
Whilst you are entitled to just one FREE GeoName per device*, you can add as many favorite locations (called GeoSpots) as you wish. Once your GeoName is setup, go ahead and create a GeoSpot for your home, office, mom’s place or any other place(s) you visit. Once created, GeoSpots show in your account and you are free to link your GeoName to any ONE GeoSpot at a time. For example, let us say you are shuttling between Singapore, New York and London, so you can create a GeoSpot for each of these locations, and depending on where you are on any given day, you can link your GeoName to that respective GeoSpot. This capability allows you to dynamically manage your address, enabling post, parcels and deliveries to get to you seamlessly, even when you move home, or office. So essentially no matter where life takes you, your GeoName (address) stays the same. Pretty neat, eh?
*The Free GeoName is valid for one year, and will need to be renewed annually thereafter (just like a Domain name requires to be renewed annually against a nominal fee). Additional GeoNames may be purchased from any Geomain Accredited Registrar. Get yours before it’s too late.
