Calculation of different parameters of Evaporative Cooling Towers and prognosis of water scale indexes for different cycles for given makeup water
This application allows you to calculate parameters of cooling tower (such as evaporation, blowdown, makeup, cooling tower efficacy, approach temperature, scalr and corrosion indices) for different number of cycles.
You input cooling tower parameters (RR, thot, tcold, temperature, humidity and pressure of air) and it calculates evaporation, efficacy of CT, approach temperature. With slider you can select number of cycles and it will recalculate makeup, blowdown and HTI parameters
Also you can input chemical analysis of your makeup water and predict indexes (langelier, ryznar) in RR water.
In future we will add calculation of phosphate saturation indexes, estimation dosages of chemicals for different treatment programs (alkaline phosphate, phosphate/zinc, HEDP, PBTC treatments).
