LocaL2LocaL is a services app for fast, reliable help in minutes – day or night. There’s no need to get quotes or wait for a reply from random service providers. With Local2Local, you just tap to request a particular service, and you can see all service providers in your immediate area. When you select on their icon, you can check their rates and client reviews. The payment is also easy and automatic via your credit card.
Whether you have a flat tyre, need a baby sitter or a light bulb changed, there’s a local with the skills you need for every occasion. LocaL2LocaL is only currently available in Australia but we are planning to expand to other countries in the near future – download the app and be ready for when you need some immediate help.
Requesting your Local help is easy – here’s how it works:
- Just open the app and select what you need.
- The app uses your location so it can find the closest services providers in your area.
- You can also select an alternative location if you need work done at a different place.
- All the available service providers in your area will appear for you to select. You can check their charge rates and other details such as qualifications, and client reviews before you engage them.
- Once you have selected them, they will confirm they are on their way.
- You’ll see your service provider, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment is made by credit card on completion of the job.
- After the job complete, you can rate your service provider and give valuable feedback to evaluate your experience. You’ll also get a tax receipt by email.

Registering your Local support is easy – here’s how it works.
- Create an account.
- Specify all the services you're able to do.
- Update the price you wish to charge for each of your services.
- Confirm the maximum radius you wish to be notified for a job. This distance will move with you so you can even get another job while you’re working in a different location.
- Update your photo and any proof of qualifications you feel are relevant. i.e. Blue Card for child minding, or electricians license.
- When you're available for work, simply select the green ‘active’ button on the top right of the screen and you will be notified when someone needs your help.
-When your not available, simply select the ‘de-activate’ button and you won’t receive any notifications for jobs.
