Ticketebo's Door Scan Manager App makes customer entry management at events pain free, quick and easy.
Whether you are running an event with 50 or 50,000 people, Ticketebo's door scan manager app seamlessly enables efficient customer entry and exit - with as many synchronized devices running off the app as you have entry attendants (running IS08 or later, connected via WIFI/3G or better).
Your customers simply present their Ticketebo bar coded ticket on arrival, and the app will validate the ticket and check the customer in (or out) of your event.
As all entry & exit records are continuously synched between attendants' devices, the app generates an alert at entry should a customer present a ticket which has already been fulfilled.
Your customer forgot their ticket? No problems, you can check in/out your customers using the app's alphabetical listing of your customers.
Want to know how last minute online tickets sales are going? Then the App's real time feed of ticket sales volumes by ticket type will be truly invaluable.
Want to know how many VIP ticket holders are in the venue right now? Enjoy real time reporting by ticket type delivered via the App reporting tab (managers access only).
Ticketebo's Door Scan Manager App works in conjunction with the Event Ticketing and Registrations solutions delivered by Ticketebo, and requires a customer to have a Ticketebo Organiser Account.
