Hey, and no need to worry about the features in Telegram that matters, we have kept them all:
1. ‘’saved messages’’ is allowed.
2. And of course, ‘’Telegram’’ and ‘’Telegram volunteer’’ chats are allowed.
3. regular chats and private groups are allowed. for sure.
4. Bots are blocked, for now.
5. people with public nicknames are allowed on Teleteens, if you save their personal phone number on your phone's contact list (so your close friends with a public nickname can keep chatting with you).
