His Holiness was born on 22nd January 1964 in Khadihan Village, Bihar to Late Gopalji Pandey and Gangotri Kuwar. He started his spiritual journey in the year 1979 where he met his Spiritual Master HH Radha Govind Das Goswami in Bihar. He received first initiation on 18th Dec 1980 and second initiation on 4th July 1981. He is a Sanskrit Graduate from Varanasi and also completed his Bhakti Shastri from VIHE.
His Holiness started his preaching in villages of Bihar and Jharkhand since 1984. He was also a part of Pada Yatra Sankirtan Party which was led by HH Lokanath Swami. He has given his considerable services in Vrindavan, Juhu (Mumbai) and Jhansi. His Holiness started delivering seminars on Çrémad-Bhägavatam in Hindi language in year 1998. Since then he travelled extensively to various places in North India, Pune, Belgaum, Mumbai, Mayapur, Surat and many different cities of India.
His Holiness is known for his beautiful Hindi Discourses on Çrémad-Bhägavatam, Chaitanya Charitamrita, Bhagavad Gita and other Gaudiya literature Seminars. His Holiness has spoken on Complete Srimad Bhagavatam for 40 days 6 hours per day and Complete Gaur Katha for 30 days 6 hours per day.
On the Auspicious Occasion of Aprara Ekadasi i.e. 14th May 2015 at Haridwar on the banks of holy river Ganga, H. H. Gaura Krishna Das Goswami received sannyasa Initiation by HH Radha Govinda Das Goswami.
