Sitrus Moods is a simple swiping quiz that tracks your mood. It is a way to pause and reflect. Each quiz takes than 30 seconds but tracks multiple elements of your energy, mood and emotional state. By gathering this data, you can look back at your mood over time, to see how it changes and how your current mood fits into that picture. It’s easy yet insightful, and hopefully a little fun.
There’s no signup required, and all of your data is stored on your phone so only you have access to it.
