Ophelie is a personal trainer, circus coach and senior instructor for Gymbox, acclaimed for her fully booked classes including aerial hoop, aerial yoga, contortion and gymnastic conditioning.
Her background as a circus performer and ex gymnast has provided her with the extra skills to her personal training qualification to design exercises adapted to circus artists and dancers.
Being challenged by genetic physical limitations leading to multiple surgeries and injuries, Ophelie has spent years working on recovery, rehab, strength and nurturing a higher mind/body connection.
