HOW DOES PARENTGUIDANCE.ORG WORK?
Once you download our app, you will be prompted to select a Roadmap specific to your situation. Our Roadmaps help you identify ways to work through the challenges you are facing. If you want, you can invite a friend or your current therapist to help you - all for FREE!
If you are stuck and would like additional professional guidance, you can reach out to us through the app and we will give you a free consultation. We can then connect you with a licensed therapist or coach who will send you daily messages and do weekly video or phone calls with you. The only time Parent Guidance is not free is when you decide to connect with one of our therapists or coaches and you can stop whenever you want.
IS PARENTGUIDANCE.ORG SECURE?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We are built upon Amazon Web Services (AWS), the most secure servers, databases and storage systems available. We make frequent backups of our database and use other security and encryption protocols to keep your personal data safe. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with any contractor or healthcare provider who may have access to any Protected Health Information (PHI).
