A Mobile application to facilitate the connection between appointment setters, field agents and in house staff to co-ordinate and control field agents diaries. Appointment setters will when speaking with potential clients, search for a field agent based on proximity of the customer, they will then access that agent diary to find and agree with the potential client a suitable date and time for the appointment to be held. The field agent then gets a notification on their APP, the appointment setters, field agents, in house staff or customer will then get a reminder of the appointment whereby the appointment can be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled.
