The MER Mobile Reference Guide is a reference application for the United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) monitoring, evaluation and reporting (MER) indicators. The application is designed to simplify learning and understanding MER reporting requirements by PEPFAR partners. The initial release of this application was developed under a Digital Square (PATH) contract. DIgital Square (PATH) is a partnership between the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and PATH.
