e-test Pro ECAT:
Admission to Engineering Universities & Colleges has always been tough due to large number of applicants and strict merit criteria. Engineering Colleges Admission Test (ECAT) is considered an important component of the merit calculation and a good score in this test is indicative of greater chances of admission. ECAT is a harmonized exam that is accepted by all public Universities of Engineering & Technologies (UETs) and many other engineering universities and colleges. The e-test Pro ECAT app is designed to provide students an opportunity to prepare for this exam in a real time simulation. Either you opt to solve the questions on App or have an example answer sheet with you, e-test Pro ECAT is a complete test session on the palm of your hand.
Key features of e-test Pro ECAT:
• There are full length ECAT practice tests designed on the pattern of UETs
• Th questions are based on experience of previous papers
• There is an inbuilt timer for each test. The time for test is based on exams given by UETs. User can solve the test just like the real exam.
• After completion of test, the app calculates your score according to in-built answer key. The scores are represented just like in the real exam i.e. /400.
• The App also perform negative marking.
• User can check the answers of each individual question and see the correct and incorrect answers.
• User can take tests multiple times and the app show your section wise and overall average scores on the dashboard.
• The app also indicates that score is better than before or not.
• The app does not require internet and can be used offline.
How to Install the App:
To install the app please follow the steps as given below:
1. Download, install and open the app.
2. You will require internet for registration steps. However, after registration, the app may be used without internet.
3. Fill the registration form and especially mention the correct e-mail address. One e-mail address can register the app only one time.
4. After clicking/tapping “Next” you will be prompted to select a test category. Click on UET ECAT (CS).
5. After clicking/tapping “Next” you will receive an e-mail.
6. Please check the e-mail you provided in the registration form. If there is no e-mail visible in the inbox, go to the “Spam folder” or “Junk e-mail”. Open the e-mail received from the title “e-test” and follow the below steps;
STEP-1: Verify your e-mail address by clicking on the link provided in e-mail.
STEP-2: Make a payment of PKR 100/- through any one of the following methods;
•Meezan Bank Limited, Tufail Road Branch Lahore.
