The app starts at 07:00 and ends at 23:00 showing notifications at a 4 hours interval.
You will get 5 daily notifications: 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00 and 23:00.
In the notification you have buttons to dismiss it (or just swipe it away) or inform that you hacked a portal. You can open the app if you want it to run between hours.
The notification shows how many hours you have left and how many hours and minutes have passed since your last informed a hack. It is that simple.
If you want to update your last hack time, just tap the app icon to trigger a new notification.
That's it. Out of your way, unless needed.
