The Rest Rise Grow App is designed to help you rest, rise, and grow.
The Rest section will help you fall asleep while playing positive affirmations and prayers of gratitude with soothing music and sound effects while your screen slowly dims in a beautiful sunset scene.
The Rise section will motivate you as you wake up every morning with positive affirmations, energetic music, and advice on healthy habits while your screen brightens to mimic a sunrise.
Start by setting a wake time, then the app will calculate the optimal bedtime. At night, plug in your phone to charge, press the Rest button to start the affirmations and dimming. With the app left open, it will wake you in the morning, with uplifting affirmations to start your day in a positive way.
