Your data is private. We don't sell ads or use your data in any way other than presenting it back to you in the app. We don't even ask you to create an account. That means we don't store anything identifiable about you.
Your data stays on your phone, in your pocket or purse. We offer an optional subscription service using Sign in with Apple if you want to automatically back up your data and sync it across devices, which is great should anything happen to your iPhone or if you want to access Period on your iPad, too. Or vice versa.
Track the following: menstrual flow, cycle length, tampon, pad, cup, discharge, feeling, physical (including cramp and hot flash), sex & libido, temperature, weight, test (either ovulation or pregnancy), pill, ring, patch, and IUD. You can even take notes.
Use Period to:
* figure out when your period will show up next
* determine how regular your periods are
* track a contraceptive ring like Nuva Ring, a birth control pill, or a patch
* monitor your basal body temperature, discharge, or LH to know when you're ovulating
* find patterns so you can know you better
We also support Dark Mode if that's your thing.
To make it easy to get started, you can import a .csv file to start visualizing your data straightaway. You can also export all your data because, well, it's your data. Might as well back it up.
