This app can help to students in Computer Science. App can convert integer and fractional decimal numbers to fixed and floating point binary numbers. When you convert to fixed point binary numbers the integer part of binary numbermrepresent in eight bits and fractional part in four bits. When you convert to floating point binary numbers the number will represent in sixteen bits: first (from the left) bit is sign bit, next nine bits showed our number and last six bits is exponent. App have limitation by numbers: when you will incorrect number you will see notification "Error".
