This App is designed to allow citizens to access information and services from the Council whilst on the move. Currently it provides:

Report It - Allows the reporting of issues whilst out-and-about and email those issues back into the Council. At a minimum the issue type and location are required, however your contact details and a photograph can be added.
Find It – Residents can search for schools, Councillors, GPs, Dentists, Hospitals, Pharmacies and Opticians based on where they are or a typed in postcode. Shows routing information if required.
Vacancies – Displays the current Halton Borough Council vacancy list, linking through to the Council web site vacancy list.
FAQs – Lists topics that are frequently raised by residents and links though directly to the relevant sections of the Council website.
Twitter – The council twitter feed.
Public Health – Retrieves data from NHS England (NHS Choices) to display services and organisations that residents may be interested in.
Traffic
Travel Alerts - High level alerts for road and public transport that the Council are aware of.
Variable Message Signs - Displays the VMS signs throughout the borough.
Roadworks - All of the roadworks the council is aware of.
Bin Dates - Displays next bin collections for a property. (Will only display green bin data If you have subscribed to the new Green Bin Collection scheme).
Planning Applications - Search for a planning application by street, from the last 9 weekly lists or from a map showing open planning applications.
Libraries - Allows for searching for books using title or author as well as scanning a bar code. You can email the library to ask them to reserve a book for you. Also allows you to find libraries in the Borough.
Train Timetables - Displays Arrivals and Departures for stations in Halton
