The TackTMI mobile application supports GI Group professional development programs. The application is created for participants in these programs. Through the app, users are informed about current activities/events related to their development and learning process. They receive tests which can be taken in order to check acquired knowledge and pass on any additional information. In addition to above mentioned functionalities, the users can evaluate improvement of themselves and assess other participants according to defined criteria and monitor the achievement of their goals.
