Plandr+ provides on-site (at the door) support for industrial door and docking service teams. Identification/recognition of broken torsion springs on a door is a real challenge for any qualified engineer that needs to replace the springs. Plandr+ leads the user via 6 simple steps to the identification of the torsion spring. Ordering the spring or contacting IDD-Parts support teams is included. The app is complete with “After sales Tips & Tricks” on subjects like door maintenance, maintenance contracts, up-selling products, tools and more. Plandr+ will be regularly updated with new features and news items. As such it will develop into the IDD-Parts support channel for after sales service teams, “on-site”.
